As a senior consultant at GO Associados, a leading consulting firm in antitrust, compliance, economics and diversity, I help clients navigate complex regulatory and competitive challenges, design and implement effective compliance programs, and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. With over 20 years of experience in antitrust law and compliance, I have a deep understanding of the legal and economic aspects of competition, as well as the best practices and standards for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
I am also the director of diversity at IBRAC, the Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumption, and International Trade, where I promote the participation and representation of underrepresented groups in the field of areas of my competence. In addition, I serve as a Director of Governance at Instituto Pactuá, a non-profit organization that supports social and environmental projects and initiatives. I am passionate about advancing the principles and practices of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) in the private and public sectors, and empowering women to take on leadership roles in corporate boards and executive positions. I have completed several executive education programs on ESG, board governance, and women leadership, and I am a co-author of multiple publications on antitrust, ESG, compliance, and governance. I work in the third sector as a member of the Advisory Board of the FEFIG Institute, and I have been doing volunteer work with Turma do Jiló, besides supporting BlackSistersinLaw in Compliance and Antitrust projects.
