I am an IP/IT/Privacy Partner at Veirano Advogados, a full-service law firm with over 50 years of business law practice. I lead the IT, Privacy, and Media & Entertainment practices, and co-head the Cyber practice. With over 13 years of experience in this role, and 20+ years of practice, I have developed a strong expertise in providing legal consultation and negotiation in Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Data Protection, and Entertainment, covering a wide variety of contract types and complex deals involving national and multi-national companies.
My mission is to deliver tailor-made solutions to each client on a timely and cost-effective basis, with the help of a highly qualified and experienced team. I also contribute to the development of the IP and IT fields in Brazil and abroad as a board member of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association, a co-author of two books on outsourcing and internet law, an author of several other articles, and a speaker at various national and international events. I hold an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary, University of London, and I am fluent in English and Portuguese.
