Erika specializes in competition law, particularly focused on the notification of national and foreign transactions to the Brazilian Competition Defense System and client defense in anticompetitive practices investigations, as well as compliance programs and consultations regarding competition matters. She holds a LL.B from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has a diploma in Competition Law at the São Paulo Law School of the Fundação Getulio Vargas – GVlaw Graduate Program.
