Graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC). Master’s Degree in Civil Procedure from University of São Paulo (USP) and LL.M. by the University of Chicago (UC). Has extensive experience in complex commercial, antitrust and consumer litigation, including class-action suits and collective claims, before judicial and administrative authorities, involving banking and credit cards, telecommunications, automotive, food industry and health insurance. Collaborated in the updating of Vol. XV of the Treatise of Private Law by Pontes de Miranda, released by Revista dos Tribunais (2013)
