Carolina Policarpo Garcia

I am a competition and regulatory economist with experience in both public and private sectors. Currently I am leading the design and implementation of the monitoring & evaluation strategy of the UK Online Safety regime. I am experienced in setting out the strategic direction of projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments, communicating complex analysis to non-technical audiences, and leading the design of reports that are clear and robust. My expertise is grounded by my Ph.D. (summa cum laude) and master in economics.
