Before joining Pogust Goodhead, Amanda represented clients before Brazil’s antitrust authority, CADE – Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica, including notifications of Merger Cases (e.g., mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures) involving operations subject to the authority’s approval and in Administrative Proceedings involving investigations of potentially anti-competitive conduct (e.g., cartels).
Amanda also advised clients in the review of commercial practices and the development and training of competition compliance programs.
