Eduardo Frade Rodrigues is the Acting General Superintendent of
the Brazilian Administrative Council for Economic Defense – CADE
(since June 2014). He has previously worked as Deputy Superintendent
(2012-2014), as an advisor for CADE’s Commissioners (2007-2011) and
participated in a secondment at the Canadian Competition Bureau (2008).
He also headed a unit of the Civil Aviation Regulatory Policy Secretariat
(2011-2012). He holds bachelor degrees in Law by the University CEUB
in Brasilia and in International Relations by the University of Brasilia,
is graduated in Competition Policy by the Getulio Vargas Foundation
and is currently a LL.M. candidate at the University of Brasilia. He also
attended an Advanced Regulatory Policy course at the George Washington
University and a Public Administration course at the Brazilian National
School of Public Administration, among others. |
